Modular Show House

This volumetric home was designed and built off-site by our client, with Intertech supplying tape jointing and painting & decoration. 

The 3-bedroom show home was designed to create light, airy rooms; this was carried through in the application of decorative coatings. In line with our client's specification, we selected colours that create light and space, fostering a welcoming, homely environment. 

The turnaround time for this project, from manufacture to completion, was 4 weeks. A testament to the efficiency of the modular building sector.

With such a short time frame, we had to work around tight schedules in order to bring this project to an end.
